​The Shortlist is back for our monthly Founder Showcase and the room keeps getting better.

​This is a monthly curated, application-only evening connecting early-stage founders with exceptional operators across New York. No panels. No pitches to VCs. Just six founders building breakout companies, a room full of people who've built things themselves, and the kind of candid conversation you don't get at most events.

​Each founder will share what they're building, why it matters, and the specific roles they're actively hiring for right now — followed by a mixer.

​What to expect: Founders presenting at the seed through Series B stage. Operators, builders, and executives who've seen what good looks like. An intentionally small room designed for real connection.

​Who this is for: Exceptional operators — whether you're actively exploring your next role, casually curious, or simply want to stay close to what's being built in NYC right now.
