About This Session
Unlike components created using SPA frameworks (like React, Angular, Vue, and Svelte), web components can be used in conjunction with those frameworks or without any framework. This makes them far more portable. There are many options for implementing web components, including only using browser APIs (vanilla) and using popular libraries like Lit, Stencil, and FAST. But there's a new library that requires less code and is more expressive. Enter 'wrec,' short for Web Reactive Components, available in npm. You'll be amazed at how much can be implemented with a very small amount of code!
