With over 25 years of technology experience, including two decades in healthcare, Keir serves as a strategic adviser, solution architect, and full-stack technologist. At MERGE, he leads the Solutions team across multiple verticals, aligning technical products with business goals to deliver high-impact digital transformations. His deep background spanning healthcare, financial services, academic research, and government allows him to navigate complex, highly regulated environments while keeping customer experience at the center. Outside of work, Keir can be found spending time with his family, running 5K and 10K races, playing tennis, or frequenting local karaoke nights.
