Maria Gromysh is a Test Systems Engineer focused on bridging AI, software, and large-scale hardware validation. With a background in electrical and computer engineering and experience at NVIDIA and AMD, she has led cross-functional efforts in firmware validation, production test readiness, and system-level debugging. Her recent work focuses on how AI agents and LLM-based systems can improve engineering productivity, including code review automation, failure diagnosis, and manufacturing test optimization. Maria is passionate about scaling intelligent infrastructure and turning complex hardware and software systems into actionable engineering insights. Outside of engineering, she is training for an Ironman and creates educational content to help others transition into hardware, datacenter, and AI infrastructure roles.
