About
Mina leads Product in Platform Engineering at SiriusXM, where he works on developer productivity and experience, and on moving product decisions out of spreadsheets and into code. Before product management, he built games — a background that’s made him allergic to internal tools nobody wants to open. He’s previously spoken on “Assumptions as Code” and on how internal product management differs from its external counterpart. Across both, he’s made a habit of applying engineering rigor to the parts of product work that usually escape it. Based in Toronto, Mina is raising three kids, working through a graphic novel collection that keeps outgrowing its shelf, and maintaining an absurd yo-yo collection on the side.
