Denzil is the founder of Smarty, an AI-powered operating system for service businesses. Her bet: the hard part of AI isn't building the models anymore, it's getting them to actually do useful work inside a business. Pure AI hits walls. Pure human services don't scale. Smarty combines them. An AI that knows your business takes action across your tools and builds new ones when it can't, while human operators cover the gaps. One hybrid layer between intent and action. A solo female technical founder, Denzil studied AI at MIT, holds an MBA from Harvard, and previously worked across product and engineering at Microsoft.
