Fernanda Del Castillo is a Director in AI Governance at Mastercard, where she leads the development of the company's AI governance framework. Her work focuses on designing governance approaches that can keep pace with the scale, complexity, and rapid evolution of AI technologies, enabling teams to innovate responsibly while maintaining customer trust. Fernanda works across technology, business, legal, privacy, and security teams to embed governance into the way AI products are developed and deployed.
