He has worked as a technology consultant for ThoughtWorks, helping teams in different countries, from writing code for startups in the UK to enabling change in large enterprises in Australia. He has founded companies more than once and managed broader engineering organizations, having experience managing teams in many different environments. He is now an Engineering Director in New York, still constantly thinking about making engineers work better together.
