Jimil is an engineering leader with extensive experience working at a variety of tech companies (both D2C and B2B) of different sizes. He is most passionate about finding creative ways to help people and teams succeed (and grow himself while at it) using his core competencies – collaboration, autonomy, empathy and curiosity. On the personal side of things, Jimil lives in Raleigh, North Carolina (although he was born and raised in India) with his wife and their 5 year old daughter. He enjoys reading books (non-fiction/philosophy in particular), watching movies and playing/watching cricket in his free time.
