Vanessa helps organizations turn AI from an exciting technology into something people can actually use in their day-to-day development workflows. As a Senior Service Delivery Engineer on GitHub's Expert Learning Services team, she focuses on GitHub Copilot adoption and enablement, helping teams rethink how they build software in an increasingly AI-native world. With several years at GitHub across customer enablement, technical training, and solution development, Vanessa has a practical perspective on both the technology and the people side of AI adoption. She's especially interested in agentic AI and in helping humans and AI collaborate effectively, rather than treating AI as just another tool. She also contributes to GitHub's internal AI communities and develops training and educational content around emerging AI capabilities. When she's not talking about AI, you can find her doing yoga, hiking, planning her next trip, or enthusiastically overthinking a presentation she absolutely did not need to overthink.
